To generate interest and encourage students to consider or inquire about attending the school.

Families with Japanese speakers with children between the ages of 4 and 14

Both the number of students and teachers have decreased over the years.

Let people know about the school and make inquiries (trial lessons).

Design was inconsistent (website and school information flyer)
Both the website and flyers were in Japanese only (nearly half of the parents are non-Japanese speakers)
From the viewpoint of personal information, photos of students were used as materials, with only back view of students, which gave a dark impression

Compact information necessary for those considering attending school
Create flyers in Japanese and French and make them available for download
Designed so that the PTA could manage the site on a rotating basis, so that updates could be made only a few times a year
Created information pages to simplify communication by consolidating various notifications
Created a cheerful impression of the site by using stock images
The website and flyers were designed based on the red, white, and green colors of the Neuchâtel flag to create a unified look
